Clinicians

Pharmacies
State-licensed 503A pharmacies dispense and ship. One pharmacy network, one price.
Commercial model
Seller of record. One published wholesale price, identical for every partner in every program. No payment for sending business.

Seller of record, in full
The partner sells the program to their client; Local Healthcare provides the platform and collects payment as the partner's billing agent; the clinician is independent.
The partner marks up its own product over one published wholesale price that is identical for every partner and never adjusted for how well a partner sells. No money is paid for sending business in either direction; the partner simply marks up its own product. That is what keeps the structure clean.
Care is delivered by independent, licensed clinicians at Beluga Health. Local Healthcare is the platform and billing agent, operated by Lifted Health LLC. It does not employ the clinicians or practise medicine, and the word "local" describes where a program is sold, never where care comes from.
