Local Healthcare is the platform behind local health programs. It gives the businesses people already trust, spas, gyms, salons and clinics, a complete, physician-led telehealth program to offer their clients, without hiring a clinician or handling a prescription.
Local Healthcare is the platform and billing agent. It is operated by Lifted Health LLC, based in Marina del Rey, California. Care is delivered by independent, licensed clinicians. Partners are the seller of record for the programs they offer.
The platform runs one clinical operation and one published price behind four program brands, each built for a different kind of business.

Nick Grissom
Co-Founder
Nick has spent years in telehealth, building his own companies and scaling others. He owns and operates his own telehealth business and has helped launch and grow more than 20 brands, with his average client reaching $1M+ per week in revenue. At Local Healthcare he leads a team of experienced telehealth professionals with a single goal: putting a complete medical clinic behind every trusted local brand in America. Nick lives in Los Angeles.
Iman Fadaei
Co-Founder
Iman leads product and operations at Local Healthcare. He has worked directly with telehealth operators, helping launch new brands from zero and scale them past $1 million in weekly revenue, with the portfolio he managed generating more than $50 million. Before telehealth he spent 15 years founding and running B2B software platforms, serving entrepreneurs, enterprises, government and inter-governmental agencies, and owning product end to end from roadmap to shipped features. A law graduate, he brings a compliance-first mindset to building turnkey telehealth clinics for trusted local brands.
